Shipping in the United States is $10 which includes tracking and insurance. I will sell to international buyers as well as long as you are willing to cover all the shipping costs. I am willing to take payments on paintings as long as you accept that there are no refunds if you change your mind. Depending on how much you have paid me I may be able to work something else out with you, but you will not get your money back.
